Tola provides a seamless and efficient solution for scheduling and paying bills, offering flexibility in payment methods and options for both small businesses and their vendors.
โ
This guide will walk you through the process of scheduling bills for payment, including various payment options such as bank account, credit card, and delayed payment through Tola.
โ
Additionally, we'll explore how vendors can choose their preferred payment method, be it a bank account or check.
Here is how it works:
Add a bill to Tola: Add a new bill to Tola, whether by uploading it, manually adding it, importing it, or forwarding it by e-mail.
Check if the bill status is 'Ready to pay': Bills can have a different status, ie. requiring approval.
Press 'Pay': Select the right bill in the 'Draft' and press 'Pay' to start the payment process.
Provide contact payment details: Request or manually provide payment details for the vendor.
Select how you want to pay: Select your payment method, whether that is bank payment (ACH), credit card, or Pay Later with Tola.
Select payment date: Tola will suggest the best time to schedule a bill so it arrives by the due date. You can also select a date by picking the date on the calendar, which will inform you when the funds will arrive to the vendor's account..
When you are ready, press 'Confirm payment'.
