What are the Pay Later limits?
Updated over a month ago

We assign customer limits at Tola to protect our financial resources, as well as those of our customers. Our goal is to partner on sustainable, reliable growth over time - not enable a business to overstretch or take unnecessary risks.

As such Tola limits the total cumulative amount of Pay Later activities for each customer. You will be able to see your total Pay Later limit under the Financing tab in the main menu. Tola does not charge for unused limit capacity.

This limit is dynamic in nature, and should not be considered a loan. It will change based on the underlying financial and accounting data. While we may occasionally reach out with notable updates to this limit, we are under no obligation to do so and you should expect changes frequently in both directions.

This limit is general guideline as to Tola only. Tola is under no obligation to pay a certain invoice or volume of invoices on Your behalf. The commitment to do so is discretionary and will be exercised at Tola's discretion.

Tola’s deployment of its funds is under its sole discretion, and no expectation damages or course of dealing shall be established by the patterns of accepting or denying Services hereunder.
