Tola charges a flat "factoring fee" for offering its Pay Later services.

This fee is proportional to the size of the bill you choose to Pay Later, for each month you utilize the services. Fees will be displayed transparently, before you process each payment.

These fees are subject to change over time, although they are guaranteed for the specific use of Tola’s Services at that point in time for that specific payment.

If Tola incurred unexpected fees, it may request reimbursement. This includes if an expected payment is returned unpaid for “insufficient funds” or any other reason such as a closed account.

Tola reserves the right to waive this fee, or refund it in the event of an error that results in such fees being incurred.
