Managing Contacts
You can seamlessly manage all your vendors, suppliers and customers on the Tola platform from under Contacts, available on the home page menu
You can search across all imported and added by using the main search bar on the top of the page.

Editing Contacts
If you want to edit Contact information, you can do it anytime in Tola, by selecting the Contact. This will open up the Contact detailed view, where you will be able to see the entire transacting history of bills (outgoing) and invoices (incoming payments) for each Contact in Overview.
If you select the Details view on the top, you will be able too see the details about the vendor, including Contact name, address, e-mail, phone number and payment details for each vendor.
You are able to edit Contact information by pressing the three dots (...) icon on the top right of the screen and selecting Edit details.

Please note that editing Contact information in Tola while having live-sync with QuickBooks or Xero enabled will edit the information in the accounting platform in real-time.
Deleting Contacts
Access 'Contacts': Navigate to the 'Contacts' tab or option in the main menu.
Select a Contact: From your contacts list, select the contact you wish to delete, press the three dots on the top right.
Delete Contact: Once the contact is selected, look for the 'Delete Contact' button. This might be in the form of an icon or text button.
Confirm Deletion: A confirmation pop-up may appear to ensure that you really want to delete the contact. Click 'Yes', 'Confirm', or 'Delete' to proceed.
