How to modify or cancel a bill that was paid?

Once you select to pay your business bills in Tola, all bills will appear under the Scheduled tab before they are processed.

If you spot any errors or want to modify the payment, you can easily do so by following these steps:

  1. Press the Scheduled tab under the Pay section of the app

  2. Find the bill that you want to modify or cancel by using search or filtering

  3. Once you selected the bill, press the three dots on the top right of the screen which will open Bill actions

  4. To modify the payment method or payment date, select Change payment, make the desired changes and press Pay to process the payment again

  5. To cancel the payment, select Cancel payment and confirm the action
