No more hassle with invoice and bill coordination! With Tola Network, all your bills and invoices are now automatically imported and synced with any contacts who are on Tola.
How does it all work?
Your contacts who are fully onboarded into Tola can create invoices for you, and those will show up as bills on Pay for You. And vice versa, all bills that you create on Tola to the contact will automatically appear as invoices on the Get Paid page for your contact.
The contact is on Tola, like you, if they created invoices on Tola. If they pay you on Tola, you will see the payment status and estimated arrival time inside Tola in your get-paid.
TL'DR: As long both you and your contact are on Tola and have linked/imported bills from each other, all future bills and invoices will automatically sync and will be created in your respective profiles.
How do you import bills and connect to Tola Network?
Open a payment link or payment request page that you have received from a Tola user.
Sign in to Tola while on either of those two pages and click Import Bill.
You will be asked to specify
Which Tola account you want to use for the connection (if you have more than 1)
To either create a new contact or pick a record of your existing contact to use.
I.e., if you are paying Beautiful Business LLC and you have that record already in Tola, then just specify that contact during this experience.
Once complete, you will all see the past and future bills with that business on your Tola.
Note: Past bills won't be synced to your Accounting integration, but the future ones will.
Bonus
With the Tola Network sync, you don't need to do anything extra for your accounting integration. Real-time accounting integration will work the same as before.
