Here is how it works:

  1. Add an invoice to Tola: Add a new invoice to Tola, whether by creating it or importing it.

  2. Check if the invoice status is 'Ready to sent': Once the invoice is created or imported, you can go ahead and send it out. Note that completing an onboarding and connecting a bank is required for sending out an invoice

  3. Press 'Send': Select the right invoice in the 'Draft' and press 'Send' to start the payment process.

  4. Finalise invoice: Select whether an email should be sent to the payer and provide an email message.

  5. Creating a payment link for the invoice. When you are ready, press 'Send'.

  6. Paying the invoice. The payer can access the payment link and start paying the invoice. They choose whether they want to pay with a bank account or credit card. Once they provide this information, we initiate the payment.

  7. Receiving the funds. Once the payer has paid the invoice, we will send the money to your bank account that is connected to Tola.
