What are Auto Payments?
Auto Payments is a feature that allows users to schedule and pay recurring bills and invoices automatically. This ensures timely payments without manual intervention.
You can also cancel, reschedule, or change the payment of auto scheduled bill as any normal bill as long as it's not yet Paid.
How to Enable Auto Payments?
Auto Payments can be enabled in several locations within Tola:

After Paying a Bill
After completing a bill payment, you can set up Auto Payments for that specific payment on the confirmation screen.
For Guest Payers and Tola's Customers
After Paying an Invoice
After completing an invoice payment, you can set up Auto Payments for that specific payment on the confirmation screen.On Recurring Invoices
The payment link will display an option to enable Auto Payments on recurring invoices.
How to Cancel Auto Payments?
For Tola Users
In Workflows -> Auto Payments
For Guest Payers and Tola's Customers
When confirming an agreement, you will get an email from Tola. You can access and cancel the agreement from there.

Important Notes
Admin Permissions
Only admins can enable and manage Auto Payments.
Approval Policies
Enabling Auto Payments bypasses any existing approval policies for bills associated with Auto Payments, allowing them to be paid automatically without manual approval.
Other bills will remain subject to standard approval processes.
Future Payments Only
Auto Payments apply only to future bills; only those created after enabling the feature will be paid automatically.
Bills created prior will still need manual payment.
