Approval flows in Tola can empower your employees or external accountants to help you manage company payments, but at the same time, give your company better control and reduce potential misuse of company funds.
As an administrator of your organization in Tola, setting up, adding, or editing approval flows can be done going to Settings - Approvals.
Once you setup approval flows, users will be able to add bills, but will not be able to execute the payment if the approval policy prevents them to.

The selected approver will be notified when a bill is added and prompted to approve or decline the bill.

Once the bill is approved, the approver or the user adding the bill requiring the approval will be able to pay the bill.
Adding new approval flows
1. Go to Settings -> Approvals
2. Add a new approval flow by pressing the "+" button on the top right of the screen.
3. Select a bill amount that will trigger an approval request and, select the person you will require the approval from, and press Add approval policy. You can select one or more approvers per approval policy.
Editing/Deleting approval flows
At any time, as an administrator of your organization, you can update or delete existing approval flows.
Go to Settings -> Approvals
Find the approval flow and click the three dots (Actions) button on the top right corner of the approval bubble.
Press Delete
