Tola allows you to invite your business co-owners, employees or even external accountants to help you manage company bills and invoices securely with different level of user rights, that can be assigned.

Inviting users is easy and takes only a few steps by logging into your Tola account, going under Settings, selecting Members and pressing "+" on the top right.
As an Administrator, you can invite as many members you wish to your Tola account by adding their first name, last name and e-mail and assign them different User Roles.
Tola supports the following User Roles today:
Administrator: Administrators can view all information, edit all settings and edit or pay all bills or invoices.
Bookkeeper: Bookkeepers can view all bills or invoices but do not have access to create, edit or pay them.
User: Users can only view, edit or pay bills or invoices they created, but do not have access to view other information or edit settings.
After you Send an invitation to the new users, they will receive an e-mail to join your organisation on Tola by adding their phone number for logging in securely.

You will be able to see outgoing invitations under Invitations.

Note that as an Administrator, you can manage users (invite new users, remove users or edit user roles) at any time in Tola.
