How to share bill status with your vendor?

When a bill is paid with Tola, a unique payment tracking link is generated for your vendor. This link allows vendors to easily track the status of their payment and stay updated throughout the process.

Here's how it works:

  1. Payment Confirmation: After the bill is successfully paid in Tola, an email notification is automatically sent to the vendor's registered email address. This email serves as a payment confirmation and contains important details, including the payment amount, invoice number, and payment date.

  2. Unique Payment Tracking Link: Within the payment confirmation email, a unique payment tracking link is provided to the vendor. This link is specific to the payment made for their invoice and allows them to access real-time updates regarding the payment status.

  3. Accessing the Payment Tracking Link: You can find the link under the bill once it's under the 'Scheduled' or 'Paid' tabs. The vendor can simply click on the payment tracking link provided in the email or you can manually provide it to them. The link will redirect them to a secure web page where they can view detailed information about their payment.
