Tola accepts prepayments, and does not charge traditional fees for providing this option. If you would like to Pay Early, whether to open up additional limit capacity or otherwise, please select the repayment bills to Tola and click Pay Early button to proceed.

However, such prepayments will not lower the fees due. Tola extends financial accommodations to You based on an expected fee and return on our investment.

Our fee is not a per diem or daily fee, but a flat monthly fee based on your selection of our 30, 60 or 90 day Pay Later options. By way of example only, if you selected a 90 day Pay Later option, your fee shall remain the same, even if You pay in 60 days.

Any difference between the fee you pay and the fee you would have paid had you selected an earlier option or if a per diem had been available, should be considered a prepayment penalty, if the amounts are deemed interest by a court of law.
