Pay Later is available for any vendor in which you have a pre-existing relationship: someone whom you've done business with before.
This could include a supplier, distributor, or other pay of your supply chain. It should always be a vendor directly connected to your ability to offer goods or render services.
These services should never be used to pay:
An employee or individual (including yourself)
A debt obligation, including credit cards, loans, cash advances, factoring agreements
While some transactions may be blocked by Tola, in the case that these services are used inappropriately we reserve the rights to remove limits or take other risk mitigation steps.
