Inviting your accountant or bookkeeper to Tola
Updated over a month ago

As a Tola organisation Administrator, you can also invite members to your account outside of your company, such as your external bookkeeper, accountant or CPA.

The process is the same as inviting any other user to Tola, you can find it under Settings - Members and add a new user by pressing the "+" button top right.

By entering your bookkeeper or accountant name and e-mail account, they will receive an account invitation to Tola.

Within Tola, you can assign them a custom role and user rights, based on your preference.

Most common user roles are either Administrator or Bookkeeper, depending on your preferences:

  • Administrator: Administrators can view all information, edit all settings and edit or pay all bills or invoices.

  • Bookkeeper: Bookkeepers can view all bills or invoices but do not have access to create, edit or pay them.

Accountants and bookkeepers in Tola can manage multiple entities within Tola from one user account, by easily switching between entities, explained here.
