Setting up your Tola account:

To setup your Tola account, you can follow the process outlined here to create your Tola account.

Opening up an account as an accountant for free. If you need help setting it up, you are welcome to setup a walkthrough with our accounting partnership team by e-mailing us at [email protected].

Inviting your clients to Tola:

Once your account is setup, you can either add your clients from the main select organisation screen once you login to Tola by pressing + Create organisation.

You can also access invite your clients by logging to your account, clicking on your company name (top left) and selecting + Add organisation in the drop down module.

If you access to your client business information you can set up the account on their behalf and invite them to Tola using their e-mail and assigning them different User roles under Settings - Members

Your clients can also create their own Tola account and invite you to their account.

You will always be able to switch between different client accounts following the instructions listed above.
