If you manage payments for multiple companies or if you are an accountant or bookkeeper managing multiple clients, Tola is built to accommodate managing multiple accounts in one place, from one account.
Each organisation in Tola will have to be set up independently, following the process outlined here.
You can easily switch between organisation following the instructions below:
When you log into Tola (if you have access to multiple organisations) or by just pressing the desired organisation within the app
By clicking on your company name (top left) within Tola app and selecting desired organisation in the drop down module
Please note that you can switch between organisation only if you are using the same e-mail between different organisations within Tola.
